Can I Get Truck Financing? is operated by AJV Ventures LLC. It is a free educational tool. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions.

Your checker and calculator answers. The financing checker and the pay comparison tool run in your browser. The answers you enter are used to show your result on your screen. They are not sent to us, we do not store them, and they are not saved on your device.

No accounts. This site has no accounts and no email sign-up. The checker and the pay comparison tool do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or credit information.

The prequalification form (optional). After you see a checker result, you can choose to fill in a separate prequalification form. The form belongs to AJV Ventures LLC and is hosted by Jotform. If you fill it in and submit it, we collect the company or carrier name, your name, phone number, email address, state, number of trucks, years in business, whether your authority is new, the type of equipment and its estimated cost, your down payment percentage, and how you describe your credit. You do not have to fill it in to use the checker, the guides, or the pay comparison tool.

Anonymous visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records which pages are viewed, the site that referred you, and general details such as country, browser, operating system, and device type. It does not use cookies to follow you from site to site. It also records one event when you click the button that opens our prequalification form. That event shows that a click happened and which page of our site it came from. It does not include any answers you gave the checker.

Checklist ticks. On the driver qualification file, new entrant audit, and safety audit checklist guides, the boxes you tick are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device. We do not receive it. You can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies. This site's own code does not set cookies, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking tools. The prequalification form is hosted by Jotform, which may set its own cookies on the form page under its own privacy policy.

Server records. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, when your device loads a page.

If you contact us. If you email, call, or write to us, we receive the information you choose to send.

We use visit statistics to understand which pages and tools are useful and to keep the site working. We use messages you send us to reply to you.

If you submit the prequalification form, we use what you enter to review your inquiry, to contact you about equipment financing options, and to keep a record of your consent to be contacted.

We do not sell information to data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

If you submit the prequalification form, we share the details you entered with the equipment lender we work with so it can evaluate your request. That lender handles the information under its own privacy policy. Please read it before you submit anything. We do not sell information to data brokers.

After you see a checker result, the site offers a button that opens our prequalification form in a new tab. The form is hosted on Jotform (form.jotform.com). We do not send your checker answers through that link. You only share what you type into the form, and only if you choose to submit it.

AJV Ventures LLC may be paid a referral fee by the lender. The fee is paid by the lender, never by you, and it does not change what you pay.

The footer also links to our sister site, Can I Get Business Funding. It is a separate website with its own privacy policy.

We use two service providers. Vercel Inc. hosts this site and provides Vercel Web Analytics for the visit statistics described above. Jotform hosts our prequalification form and stores what is submitted through it.

This site does not pull your credit. The prequalification form only asks how you describe your credit. A lender may check your credit if you go on to apply with that lender. That check would be done by the lender, not by us.

By submitting the prequalification form, you agree to be contacted by AJV Ventures LLC about equipment financing options. You can opt out at any time by emailing avelazquez@ajvv.org, replying STOP to a text, or telling the caller.

To ask to access, correct, or delete the details you submitted in the prequalification form, or to ask what other information we hold about you, email avelazquez@ajvv.org with the subject "Data request". You can also clear your browser's site data at any time to remove saved checklist ticks.

This site is intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please read our Terms as well.
